Antique Bronze Figa and Gold Chain
A beautifully detailed antique cast bronze Figa charm, recently bought in the Arezzo flea market in Italy, has been hung from an 18"(46cm) 14k gold fill belcher chain.
In ancient Rome, the figa sign, or manu fica, was designed to ward off evil spirits.
It is also a rude gesture but we will leave you to find that out for yourselves.
