Providing items are in stock, we will dispatch your order within 5 working days, though we usually process orders much quicker.

Returns
Badger's Velvet hopes you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, please return the item in its original condition within 5 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

It is the buyer's responsibility to cover return postage, and all returns must be sent with tracked shipping or proof of postage. No refunds will be issued until we have received and inspected the returned goods.
