15ct Gold Ruby and Diamond Heart Necklace
This truly stunning antique 15ct gold brooch has been transformed into a necklace. The 4.5cm gold bar supports a puffy gold heart with a ruby at its centre and two small diamonds above the red stone. The gold bar is decorated with tiny gold wire forming a leaf shape and the whole bar is framed by tiny gold balls.
The bar hangs from a 54cm (21") 9ct gold chain.
