Gold and Antique Bronze Circle Ring

Badger’s Velvet bronze button rings are truly beautiful and completely unique. After acquiring a rare collection of antique bronze buttons from a respected antiquities dealer, we are carefully transforming each historic piece into a unique item of hand made gold and silver jewellery. This is one of the last we have.

This ring features an authentic 17th–18th century bronze button, set in a 9ct gold bezel and mounted onto a 9ct gold fill band. Over time, the natural dark patina of the bronze will gradually soften with wear, allowing warmer tones to emerge, so creating an evolving, piece that becomes even more individual with age.

While we cannot precisely date each button, they are believed to originate from the 17th or 18th century, making every ring a wearable piece of history.
